This menu is inspired and prepared by Sara our Chef Director who once worked for the Argentinian restaurant group GAUCHO in London Tower Bridge.

- 330gr 28 Day Dry Aged Sirloin Steaks, spiral cut, marinated for 48 hours in parsley & garlic oil.
- 8 x Mini Chorizo Sausages
- 8 x King Prawns Skewers, garlic & parsley butter
- 2 x Corn on the cob, lime & Jalapeño butter
- 1 x Heritage tomato & mozzarella salad, smoked paprika sourdough croutons, pickled shallots, baby herbs
- 1 x Chimmichurri Sauce
