6 Hand Folded Black Truffle & Burrata Tortelloni & Wild Mushroom Sauce
Treat your self to this luxurious and delicious hand folded truffle & burrata tortelloni. The filling is made using summer black truffles from the Umbria region in Italy and creamy burrata. The wild mushroom sauce is made from a selection of wild mushrooms, shallots, garlic, white wine, cream & soft herbs.
Cooking Instructions: Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes. Heat the wild mushroom sauce in a microwave for 2-3 minutes. Serve the wild mushroom sauce in a bowl and place your pasta on top. Sprinkle with the Parmigiano Reggiano DOP provided.
