Designed to give you a stress free Christmas, our dishes are fully prepared for assembly or ready to pop in the oven or heat on the stove.

No need to shop, prep or worry about cooking timings. Cooking instructions will be included in your box. 

 

Wondering how many portions to order due to current government restrictions? Don’t panic. You can add on to your order up until Monday 14th December. Just place a new order and we will add it onto your existing order.

 

STARTERS

Devon handpicked crab & king prawn cocktail on brioche toast

Chicken liver parfait, cherry & brandy jelly, apple cider chutney & toasted brioche

Fresh Burrata bruschetta, maple glazed fig, hazelnut pesto, pickled red chilli & cranberries on sourdough  (v)

 

THE MAIN EVENT 

Herb brined, bacon wrapped free range Stadhampton bronze turkey breast – Ready to roast

OR

Butternut squash & wild mushroom duxelle tarte tatin (v) 

 

Served with a generous serving of the following;

 

• Free range local pork, sage, apricot & cranberry stuffing

• Maple & mustard glazed free range pigs in blankets

• Rosemary & sea salt roast potatoes

• Carrots & parsnips, bay, thyme & honey

• Brussel sprouts, chestnuts & lemon butter

• Braised spiced red cabbage with port & redcurrant jelly

• Turkey & Madeira jus OR mushroom jus (v) 

• Parsnip & sourdough bread sauce

• Cranberry, orange & port sauce

All elements are fully prepared, marinated, and ready to cook or reheat.Cooking instructions will be emailed to you the week before your delivery so you can organise the cooking timings and simple to follow step by step instructions. Items will be packaged in biodegradable oven proof containers or vacuumed packed to help with fridge space.

 

DESSERTS

Christmas Pavlova – Individual meringue nests filled with passion fruit & ginger curd, vanilla whipped cream, spiced poached pear, blackberries & flaked almonds

OR

Sticky toffee date pudding, rum & raison toffee sauce, 500ml tub of gingerbread gelato  ( Minimum order of four portions)

If you would like to order two portions ONLY of Sticky toffee pudding please order the supplement charge via the main shop.
