A variety of three local award winning cheeses to include; 

Bix – Made by the Nettlebed Creamery in Bix near Henley-On-Thames. Triple cream, mould ripened soft cheese. Winner of GOLD & best organic cheese at the British Cheese Awards 2019.

Barkham Blue – Made by Two Hoots in Berkshire. A blue cheese with a distinctive appearance. A deep yellow moist interior with dark blue veins. Smooth & buttery texture without the harshness associated with some blue cheeses.

Spenwood – Made by Village Maid Cheese in Berkshire. A hard pressed cheese made from unpasteurised ewe’s milk with a vegetarian rennet. Spenwood is matured for nine months with a natural rind. A well developed nutty flavour.

 

Served with quince jelly, grapes & crackers.
