Worcestershire glazed slow cooked short rib of beef, dauphinoise potatoes, English asparagus, braised red cabbage, red wine jus 

DESSERT

Sticky toffee date pudding, Amaretto toffee sauce, Chantilly cream 

A menu card and simple cooking/reheating instructions will be included.
