DELIVERY INFORMATION

Free delivery within an 8 mile radius of our premises in Tring, HP234NT. Please contact us if you would like a delivery outside of our radius. 

A text message will be sent to you the day before delivery with a two hour delivery window. Please provide a mobile number at checkout. 

Your order will be delivered in our refrigerated vehicle between 9am – 3pm.

Contactless delivery –  we will ring your door and then leave your order on the front door step. Please refrigerate as soon as possible. 

HOW TO ORDER

  1. Choose from our menus and add your desired amount of portions to the basket. 
  2. Select your delivery date and pay for your order securely via our website. Paypal OR Credit/Debit card options available.
  3. Once we have received your order, an automated email confirmation will be sent to your email provided. Please check your spam if it does not land in your inbox.

Summer Entertaining Menus

 Available to pre-order now for Saturday 22nd May, Saturday 29th May & Saturday 6th June.

The menus are freshly prepared to order & have a 3 day shelf life so can be enjoyed between Saturday – Monday. 

The menus will be available to order on selected dates through out May – September. 

FAQs

Where do you deliver?

We are currently delivering with an 8 mile radius of our premises on the P E Mead & Sons Farm in Wilstone Green, Tring, HP23 4NT. We can deliver further afield on request. Please contact us for availability and our delivery fee.

Where will my order be left?

We will leave your order in a white or black carry box  outside your front door. If you would like it left somewhere else please add this to the delivery notes section at checkout.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel or amend your order, please send an email to info@passionfruitcatering.co.uk by Monday 3pm  for deliveries due on Friday or Saturday.

If you cancel your order after this time, we are unable to provide a refund.

Delivery Policy

It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery address/details for the order are correct. Passion Fruit Catering cannot accept any responsibility or costs for non-delivery to the intended recipient or losses in such circumstances.
